Lamar University

Nateara is currently pursuing her licensure as a Marriage, Family, and Couple Therapist, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027. Before transitioning into the mental health field, she spent more than nine years working in government leasing and asset management, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

Her clinical interests include life transitions, mindfulness-based therapies, human growth and development, and multicultural counseling. Nateara is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and personal change.

Through her work with Healing Conversations, Nateara strives to provide compassionate, collaborative care rooted in an integrative and trauma-informed approach. She believes in understanding each client as a whole person — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually — and creating a space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Nateara finds joy in traveling, learning new subjects, and embracing opportunities for personal growth and transformation. These experiences continue to shape her perspective and deepen her commitment to helping others live more connected and meaningful lives.
